Jessica Kelly, of Mopper Property Management, is a licensed real estate broker in Georgia and South Carolina and specializes in property sales in Historic and Metro Savannah. She is a dedicated Savannah REALTOR ® who has a true passion for the business, strong professional achievements, and innovative business techniques. Mopper Property Management, recognizes Jessica as a Top Producer and she is a continuing member of the Distinguished Sales Society of the Savannah Board of REALTORS ®. Jessica earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of South Carolina in 1999, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and a member of Phi Beta Kappa. In 2007, Jessica earned her Associate Broker’s license in Georgia.

She draws on her education and her experience as an investor and business owner when dealing with her clients. Jessica provides her clients with top level service and communication. She consistently brings her sellers the best prices from the best buyers, and continually guides her buyers to their dream homes. In 2014, Jessica became a principal partner with Mopper Property Management.

Jessica also owns a small boutique in Downtown Savannah’s City Market and enjoys exploring the Savannah’s thriving art and music scene. She lives in the historic Gordonston neighborhood with her husband Joachim and owns investment property in the Historic, Victorian and Eastside Districts.

Jessica’s professional affiliations include: Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce, Downtown Business Association, Historic Savannah Foundation, national, state and local Board of REALTORS ®, and SABOR Education Committee.

Jessica volunteers in her community and proudly serves as a Board Member of Humane Society of Greater Savannah.
